I do think the idea of pet burial with a tree is lovely, and I'm happy with my babys tree. However, the communication with the business owner is extremely poor to almost lacking. When I said my farewells I did not hear from the business after they collected my baby, I wanted to know where she was. I had to chase the owner via email and phone to find out where my baby was buried. I'm sorry but when you lose one you love this lack of communication adds to the stress and heart break, If they improve communication then everything about this business would be perfect.
