Dont go here if you have curly hair. Walked in with hair up to my waist walked out with hair above my shoulders and i asked for a simple trim. They suggested i straighten my hair and come back so they can fix it. I did get my full money refunded though./

I visited this salon with a deals voucher early last year. The staff had another voucher client and was rushing to juggle two clients. At the end I had an uneven hair cut and the worst blow dry, then I had to pay for the toner for my hair :( overall it was the worst hair experience and even though I had a voucher for 2 visits for $99 I didn't bother coming back to redeem the second visit. There are so many great salons in the Norwest/Bella vista area and unfortunately this is not one of them :(

OMG, this place is great. Ive been going here for years and it is always very welcoming and has great service. They have an awsome team of girls and have great ideas in helping their clients achieve their desires. Highly recomended

I Also bought a voucher from deals last year and was very happy with the service this salon provided the girls there are a vibrant bunch and my hair never looked so good.

Very poor service!! I bought an on line voucher from deals.com last year for Hair Emporium. Firstly, had great difficulty in getting an appointment. When I reached there I was told that some of the things on the voucher cannot be done (especially scalp treatment) as it was wrongly offered in the deal!! Also priority was given to other customers who were paying cash and they had the attitude to tell this on my face during the appointment. It took almost 2.5 hrs to get an one hour job done due to priority to cash paying customers. Showed to much attitude while doing work and only one staff was there to take care of all the customers. Won't go there again. Strongly recommend not to buy any vouchers if you want to go there. Better to pay cash, so at least you can fight for your money if not satisfied.

This place is fantastic, its made me feel like i was a celeb. The team are great and really know their stuff. i Love this place and i highly recommend it.
