I had struggled to find a hairdresser in Brisbane that I was happy with.... Until I found the Hair Guru! From bad customer service, to the worst wash and head massages I have ever experienced, not to mention being ripped off, I could not find a decent hair dresser. I walked into the Hair Guru hoping I was going to have a positive experience.... And that's exactly what I had. The lovely Nicola is professional, friendly and brilliant at what she does. From the amazing head massage and perfect fringe trim, I will be back for sure, in three days in fact :)

Nicola is amazing. Definitely one of the best hair dressers I have ever been too! She is so friendly and always has useful bits of information to share as well :)! She makes my hair look wonderful and has also helped me with other areas of my life. I'm so glad I found her!

As a previous reviewer says Nicola really is the 'Hair Guru'. I took a punt on her based on the reviews posted below and what a great decision it was. I really can't fault Nicola. When my hair dresser of many years took an extended leave of absence, it was with some trepidation that I embarked on my mission to find someone who could cut curly hair (very curly hair...). If you have curly hair you will understand how difficult it is to find a good hairdresser. Nicola came up on one of my Google searches. My daughter (who has thick red hair, layered with a loose curl) and I (who have tight spiral curls) had our first hair cut with her and I was very impressed. The Hair Guru is officially our new hairdresser. I would recommend this salon to anyone. It is affordable and most importantly, the hair cuts are fantastic.

I have been going to Nicola since she arrived in Australia and have never been to a different hair dresser since! She is so good at what she does, I have recently just got her to give me a weave and I absolutely love it!
