There is at least a month waiting period for this place but I have no idea why. The cuts weren't even that good, one of my dogs came out with shaggy little bits on her and while the other one was better, about a week later we had to trim his face to stop the fur going into his eyes. When I was delayed picking the dogs up by 30mins, due to circumstances outside of my control, I got a call every 5 minutes because they wanted my dogs gone. You would think being in the dog grooming business they would be able to accommodate for circumstances where they have more than 2 dogs on the premises. They also didn't have eftpos, so I had to get back into the car to find the nearest ATM and they even didn't give me a receipt. Was not impressed at all, will definitely not be going back.
