This baker produces some of the best breads I have had in Brisbane. They make their own sourdough and the rye and sunflower bread is delicious. They also produce sausage rolls made with lamb, almonds and harissa which are a real taste sensation. There is a great choice of cakes and I have never been into the shop when it hasn't been busy. It looks like an ordinary baker from outside but it definitely isn't.
