What lets this business down is the lack of customer service i have been there a few times and while they have a huge range i have not once been greeted or asked do i need a hand which is very disappointing
We would have to agree with ‘nicole98’ regarding the lack of 'greeting' upon entry. It is such a minor thing to change (for the betterment of customer service) and doesn’t even cost a cent to do so.
