I had problems with my laptop, and put it in for repairs. After holding it for a week and having difficulties getting in touch with the technician involved, I then finally paid $100 to be told it the hard drive was not repairable, but that they would be able to salvage data if i had a separate hard drive to load it onto. Being there for work only, I had no other electronic equipment on me, so they charged me $100 for essentially doing nothing. I returned to Brisbane to have it repaired in
