I have been a customer of Key Stop since it's inception when it was located within Forges of Footscray and have followed business owner Ray to his new location at Forges Braybrook, within the Central West Shopping Plaza. Every experience i have had with this business has exceeded my expectations as Ray's customer service is exceptional. In addition to his friendliness and kind manner, he is an expert cobbler. I have taken many pairs of shoes to Ray to have zips repaired on my boots, topy soles fastened to soles of my ballet flats, heels reinforced on my high heels and also purchased leather conditioner. I love the finished product, he does such a thorough job with my shoes and they last for much longer once he has mended or repaired them. I had recently taken a pair of expensive leather boots to Ray and he knew exactly the type of issue i explained about 'scuffing' and demonstrated for me how to carefully polish the leather so that the scuff marks became invisible. I love that he is so experienced, takes care of your shoes, provides a quick service that is great value for money and cares a great deal about his customers' satisfaction. He is the best cobbler in the West! And his prices are incredibly competitive!

Inside Dimmeys there's a little shoe repair store run by this friendly guy who does great shoe repairs at a low price. He's always cheerful and friendly, and pretty quick as well. He also does the usual shoe repair stuff including shoes, keys, belts etc.

I've just found that his prices are much cheaper than those at shoe repairers in the shopping centres etc, and have always been very happy with his service.
