Shoe repairs are always done perfectly and of a high calibre. This extends the life of the shoes, and as I find it difficult to find shoes that fit well, the repairs enable me to get a long life out of each pair.

The engraving of names on medals was completed at an excellent standard. It was not at all expensive. The cursive handwritten artwork was beautiful and it certainly made the medals all the more special and precious to those receiving the medals. Overall excellent service, quality and value. I needed to get some engraving done urgently and knew Ray hopefully would help out. Even though he was pretty busy with couple customers waiting and saying I would wait as well he managed to complete my work within a few minutes and still did it with a generous smile. 3 pairs of summer sandals and a pair of high heels had an almost new look after being resoled. Excellent job and prompt same day service. I love my shoes and I keep going back! I've followed Ray from Richmond to Footscray and now Braybrook!

i purchased a pair of hand made shoes during a trip to Asia. They came with leather soles. these were not waring well with daily use so I went to see Ray who added some robber soles in only an hour, they were fixed and the price was very reasonable.

Over the past years I have had many reasons to visit this business especially for engraving and always the end result was exceptional and the price fantastic value.
