Not just I , my direct family but my extended family have been taking our shoes to Ray for many many years. It's always great when you see someone who takes a real pride in their work and you get your shoes fixed exactly how you want them and at a reasonable price. There's always a smile and that's rare to find these days !!

I have been taking my shoe repairs and getting other services such as keys cut, and bag repairs from Ray for many years at Forges in Footscray and recently went o him for my boot heels to be repaired at the new location in Central West shopping centre and he was very helpful, friendly, courteous and very efficient service. He is very reasonably priced compared to other shoe repairers and his service is excellent. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Had one pair of shoes and two pairs of boots shined and stretched and a zip put in one pair of boots.. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the work was very well-done and inexpensive. He doesn't have all the facilities of a complete shoemaking business, but he can do many things and they are done well and quickly. He tries to help all he can.

I HAVE KNOWN RAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 YEARS AND HE HAS ALWAYS LOOKED AFTER MY PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS WITH SHOE REPAIRS, KEYS ETC BUT ALSO AND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MET WITH NO DISAPPOINTMENT. RAY HAD TO PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR THE TRANSPORT COMPANY I WORK FOR AND THE QUOTE WAS SUCCESSFUL. THE JOB CONSISTED OF SOME 100 TUGGER KEYS WITH MASTER KEYS & TAGS. ALSO EACH KEY WAS LINKED UP WITH A SPECIAL PADLOCK WHICH HE ORGANISED FOR ME.

I have been getting my shoes repaired at the Keystop for about 8 years, when they were based in Footscray and now in Braybrook. The service is fast, affordable, high quality and Ray always greets his customers with a friendly and exceptional service. I would recommend the Keystop to anyone.

I visited this store to get two pairs of my favorite shoe soles repaired, as well as keys cut.

Ray looked at my shoes, suggested the best repair options, which sounded very logical and reasonable. Then he quoted a fair. I told Ray that it would be great if I could pick them all up the next day. He said that this would not be a problem.

When I returned with my payment within the hour, my job was all ready. He also gave me some shoe polish that was slightly imperfect, but was still extremely generous of him. I was delighted with my whole experience, as he saved me a return trip and totally exceeded my expectations.
