My niece had abdominal surgery and a nurse named Linda was extremely rude and inappropriate. The nurse was talking about my niece to another patient. This is totally unprofessional and my niece was in severe pain. It was obviously irritating this nurse, Linda. It caused extreme stress and vulnerability for my niece. The Kilmore hospital need to address this nurse immediately.

Great staff, and great service. I've had quite a few loved ones have their stay at this hospital and they have been well looked after. I've even heard good things about the hospital food ;)

A lovely little hospital with friendly helpful staff. I had my 2nd child here and i could not fault the service. I was very well looked after, the hospital is clean and efficient. If i was having a 3rd i would go back here for sure. Plus, the food was really good too.

This is a lovely little hospital.
It may not have some of the services some of the major hospitals have, but for ongoing care, obstetrics, initial accident and emergency etc they are great. You get the care and attention they just can't provide in the large hospitals.
I had my child by cesarean section here and their care and attention was wonderful. There is an after hours A & E area, although being a small town they do not always have a doctor on duty at night (there is a triage nurse if no doctor available). The radiology department are friendly and attentive and the hospital is in a quiet, calm position. Any major cases that they may not have facilities for can be transferred to the Northern Hospital at Epping which is only 40 mins away. They cater for both private and bulk billing clients.
