First time I've ever gotten my eyelashes done, and I can promise it wont be my last.

When I finished getting my eyelash extensions done, I went to a social gathering and my friends complimented me and asked what mascara I was wearing, when she found out I wasn't wearing any, she questioned why I usually do when my eyelashes look so pretty naturally (my little secret) - this is why it wont be my last visit

They look beautiful and natural and LONG, but not over the top. I love them, I can't stop looking at my eyes which is rather awkward. :D

I think I might even try a colour next, I love it!

After hunting around for an eyelash specialist that offered great quality at a reasonable price, this place completely changed my world! It has a feminine, warm and welcoming atmosphere - which is refreshing when compared to many other specialists I've tried. There is 100% care and perfection to every single lash applied, which makes this place one of a kind. The location is also convenient only a few minutes from the City and plenty of parking around. I have always walked out the door with great looking lashes (that last!) and a big smile on my face!

This place is the best place i have been to for my massage it is strange intact that a beauty place would be any good at massages but anyone would be surprised i got a massage after a wonderful facial although the staff seemed a little young she was very good at explaining the procedure so that i had felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my session the shop feel relaxing and i really like the deco plus the nice thick big blankets and the heated bed overall impressed thank you girls

Got my lashes done from this place many times and have always kept coming back and introducing this place to family and friends the lashes its well priced with good friendly service and the environment in the salon is very pretty.

The lashes that i get is striking doll as i like a very full look but when i give my lashes a break i would change the style to their natural set or twinkle set both of these are also rest for everyday wear.

- facial was the deluxe microdermabrasion which i selected the hour pack and my skin feels amazing plus the massage was very good as well not typical for a beauty place to do a good massages but their therapist is very well trained

- for the lashes i have had lashes done from many places and can tell you that this is by far the best lashes i have ever had i got the full flirt which was one of the fuller ones and they suited my eyes very much they give you great advice for each particular eye shapes and lash styles very impressed

Do not be fooled by the great reviews on the site as you will notice that the overwhelming majority of these reviews are one-off reviews. Although overall I was very happy with my facial, the manager accused me of not showing up for my appointment previously, although as I had explained to her that I had called several times but only ever received a message bank service. She was very rude to me as she called me to accuse me of this right before attending my appointment and made things rather awkward for my facial. Rather than focusing on 40% off vouchers for your next visit, X10me should focus on building customer relationships by providing friendlier service and actioning messages left on the business voicemail.

I had a rejuvenation treatment; although the staff is quite young, they performed professionaly and, with the equipment and the produces used, the result was quite amazing; I will have it done again and recommend it to other ladies.

Bought a voucher for Microdermabrasion and facial at discounted price. The booking process was easy and the staff was very accomodating. The staff who did my facial was gentle and thorough. My skin felt so much smoother and glowing after the microdermabrasion/facial. Would definitely go back.
