Booked a limo for my 30th Birthday in June 2017 and it never showed up. Had a confirmation email to prove everything they promised and they were more than happy to take my $100 deposit but no limo on the night. Tried calling but no answer, emailed them but no response. This is obviously a fake company, do not book with them.

Thanks again for all your hard work, we are glad we chose The Limo Boutique for our wedding day limousine and will be recommended to all our friends and family.

Nothing short of great. Value for money, attentive, funny and definitely knew where they were going after our photographer got lost :) LOL. Ben and I highly recommend The Limo Boutique.

Thanks to the limo boutique team for making our day smooth and fun. The limo was as expected from the pictures, but a bonus was the driver Steve. They provided the full service and didn't have advertising on the limo, which was our precondition.

The only thing was that they don't always answer emails and phone calls right away. This could improve.

Overall highly recommended.

We booked a Chrysler 300c for our wedding. I had to call them to confirm the booking in the week before our wedding, the driver was there at the time. I had to include where I wanted to go in what order, and addresses again (this was all on the booking form). Our big day arrived, me and the bridesmaids got in the car and the driver said ‘off to the church we go'. No we were having photos at the beach first! He then pulled over to reset his sat nav and asked me for the address. Not what I needed to be worrying about as a bride. The Limo was black and being a warm day of 28 it got very hot, even with the AC on (I don't think it was working properly). The rest of the day was ok with the driver getting us where we needed to be and helping me in and out of the car numerous times. For an additional $90 we arranged a Chrysler sedan to collect my husband and me after the reception. It didn't show up, my calls to the mobile were ignored. After waiting 45minutes in the end a family friend took us home, we didn't get to say a proper goodbye to our family and friends. I tried calling the number for the next 4 days and had no answer. I found another number the person who answered said I had to speak to the first person. I eventually sent an email. This was answered 3 days later with no explanation as to why they didn't collect us or return my calls. In the end we were refunded double t cost of the transfer but it didn't make up for how my wedding day ended.
