We recently lost our dad , two years after losing mum, with mums funeral we used a big commercial company at the request of my siblings , with dads funeral I took control and was fortunate to find Andrew at the little Funeral Company. Andrew's personal touch was so caring and warm . We could not have been happier with the organisation of Dads farewell right from the first phone call to Andrew

I used gatheredhere.com.au where funeral companies provide quotes. Andrew was the only person who used my name and my Mums name in the email. Everyone else communicated with me as if I was buying a piece of equipment (very cold), so I selected The Little Funeral Company and was not dissappointed. Andrew and his team are kind, caring and very supportive during one of the most difficult times and come highly recommended.

Great initially and could talk the talk. We are now 4 months past our loved ones death. No death cert, unable to contact him on the phone, advising it’s births deaths and marriages problem but after contacting them they advise this is incorrect. Late lodgement and then advised by [Redacted name] that the issue is BDM have outsourced their call centre. Again another lie. All call centres are located in Australia. Whilst cheap and initially lovely. Very concerning post care. Also still have not got the cremation cert. Wonder if it really is our brother in the box.

When you lose a parent unexpectedly - trying to arrange a funeral can be a daunting and costly time. Our family were fortunate enough to find Andrew from The Little Funeral Company who was understanding, compassionate and totally focussed on our requirements when saying good bye to Mum. I would highly recommend both Andrew and his company especially when his costs were almost half of what my Dad had been quoted by another company.

The Little Funeral Company fully lives up to it's proprietor's aim of providing a more personal service focussed on individual needs. Andrew arranged our mother's funeral in May from start to finish and ensured everything ran smoothly with sensitivity and grace. He has a great rapport with everyone involved, and his ability to listen and help us focus on what was important to us was fantastic.

During a difficult stage in ones life, Andrew (The Little Funeral Company) made my experience during this time,comforting to say the least. He was also very respectful of my cultural traditions etc and without question or hesitation assisted where possible. Very caring & compassionate during important decision making processes.
