Hands down the best coffee in Balmain. You can't beat a long black and a rug to sit in the park across the road. Throw in one of their pain au chocolat and your in heaven.

While I've already named Bertoni as my favourite cafe in Sydney, oh how hard it is because this one is so good as well! The coffee here is exceptional, you can have fresh baked muffins and other delights (as often as not the muffins are still warm from the oven, as they bake throughout the day). Grab a couple of the little mats and go sit in the park opposite, they'll bring your coffees and food over to you. It's a lovely way to enjoy a Saturday morning.
