People like Craig and Kate I feel are unfortunately very rare to come into your life. I could only hope that my family and I would have had the privilege of meeting this couple long before Dad had decided on a new journey. Their relentless care and empathy shown to all my family who were also stuck in Melbourne and Sydney was felt through the dedicated work and care orchestrated throughout the entire process. Both Craig & Kate went beyond the call of duty and ensured that this most precious day was not going to be a video link, but a Live event that could be felt and appreciated by all who attended around the Globe, celebrating dads life as if you were very much there and part of the service.
