Terrible customer service. Ordered something on a Wednesday and paid for express postage (next day guaranteed). Didn't arrive until the next week, after I needed it. They never answered any of my mail, I had to lodge a paypal complaint to even get the $5 refunded! Have still never even had an email or response apologising for it. BUYER BEWARE!

I recently purchased a wheeled duffel bag through The Luggage Professionals online. I am still waiting for this bag to arrive... it's been a month now.

I have had several conversations with different employees including the manager. As it turns out, when I purchased the bag it wasn't actually even in stock even though the website said in stock.

As the company name suggests these are professionals, I would assume that when speaking with a manager they would be up front and tell you they actually do not have the product in stock and won't have it in stock for some time.

I tried to buy this bag a month earlier than I expected to travel but have still found myself rushing to DFO to buy a bag the weekend before I travel.

I am now waiting for a full refund which was promised to take only 24 hours...that was on Wednesday it's now Friday and still no refund, no phone call, no email.

This company is completely Unprofessional and utterly useless when it comes to customer service and keeping their promises.

I would recommend finding your luggage somewhere else because The Luggage Professionals (and I'm using "Professionals" very loosely) are a terrible company to deal with.
