I purchased 8 red wine & garlic beef pies & 6 Guinness beef pies from the Meat Safe and they where bloody good. I brought them into work and they went like hot cakes. The red wine & garlic pies had nice tender chunks of beef. A little more red wine flavor and they would of been perfect. I didn't try the Guinness pies but was told by workmates they where tasty. It took about 45min to cook and the pastry was spot on. I was quite surprised with the variety of meats that they had on display.

Always good quality meat and great service

Paid $104 for 2 racks of lamb. Not trimmed properly and a massive (7mm+) layer of fat that had to be cut off before cooking. For that price I would expect perfectly trimmed and much better quality. Won't return.

I live in Subiaco and I have given this butcher several chances. The meat is poor quality made worse by the pricing and poor service.

Good little old fashioned serviced style butcher. They'll always get a certain cut for you and order in. The only place to get my Christmas ham and other supplies.
