All of these courses are well groomed to teach you various mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, substance misuse, panic attacks, aggressive behaviours, psychological injury at workplace, traumatic events, stress and burnout etc.

I was really impressed by MHRI's trainers' knowledge and delivery as it was presented in an easy-to-absorb and fun manner. The skills they taught me during the Mental Health First Aid course was very informative and in their ongoing support thereafter, will stay with me for life!

I personally got much more out of their Mental Health First Aid course than I expected! I feel my mind is broadened with alternate ways of thinking, feeling and responding.

Emi and Pedro both are very good trainer.
