We stayed just one night, very nice location, lovely lobby comfortable rooms. Older hotel but refurbished nicely. Staff friendly bit of wait to check in only one staff on front counter, but very friendly even though she was obviously working extremely hard. Buffet Breakfast was included and was very nice, catering to all tastes. Late check out of 10.30 close to everything 10 mins from rocks, CBS etc. happy with stay

I stayed here for two nights earlier this week and organised and attended a conference there yestereday. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff made organising the conference a breeze.Nothing was too much trouble and the luncheon and morning/afternoon teas that were served were very nice. Will definitely use them again.

We stayed three nights in late July and were pleasantly surprised at the convenient location and the cost of the rooms. Great health centre facilities and a range of eateries means this hotel is just the best value for money in Sydney. The kiosk and nearby internet booths were handy out of business hours. We rate this hotel highly.

Spent the night at this hotel after a work function. Very beautiful decor in the public areas, Fantastic piano bar on Level 1 . Good value drink voucher upon arrival. Room, not too bad

I stayed here once and unfortunately must have been given the worst room of them all. The beds were uncomfortable, the room was dark with a view of a brick wall. Not the best experience but feel if i had a different room my experience would have been much more pleasant.

We had an 80th Birthday Party with about 90 guests. From the beginning I received excellent personal services from Erin O'Shannessy (Group & Event Sales Executive). She made suggestions about the menu and room decor and actually arranged a change to our booked function room when a better one unexpectedly became available. The food was plentiful and delicious and all our guests enjoyed themselves, as did we.
I had previously priced this function at other city hotels and the Menzies provided excellent value for money.
