The Mercure Hotel

stayed here for a night out in town with some friends and the rooms were really clean and nice. staff were friendly had a fantastic experience :) will go there from now on whenever i want to have a good night out without having to return home too early in the morning

i went their to see my friends their and i think the hotel looks great, it has great view, can see the bay from the rooms , service seems fantastic and facilities seem very nice too.

Great professional hotel, so very close to the city and shops. Especially close to hospitals if you have traveled from rural towns to use these facilities. The service was fabulous and the additional facilities in the hotel were very comforting! I would stay here again.

I stayed in the bridal suite and accidently left my bridal shoes there upon leaving. It was a few months later when I finally realised they weren't in my dress bag (as I thought they had been). When I contacted the Mercure they told me everything left is donated to the Salvos after 3 months. What the?! No one told me and how dare they donate a $200 pair of shoes!! Idiots!
They knew who had been in the room but couldn't be bothered spending 25cents on a phone call after we'd spent around $500.
Never going back here.

Stayed at the mecure one night during the week, it was really clean and nice, quite and friendly staff, we were lucky ot get an ocena view when only paying for a standard room, food was average but well priced. Very cnetral location which was great can walk to all shops and beach without any worries.
