The Old Brewery

I came here for a drink and also came here for my sisters wedding. The service is exceptional. I thought the food was pretty good (not the best I have ever had) but you just can't beat the views. The meals here are pricey, so if you can't afford to eat do at least come for a drink. It's well and truly worth it!!

We had our lunch wedding reception on Friday 13th June, 2008 at the Old Brewery function centre. The centre is beautiful and requires no additional decorations (vases with tealights provided) or chair covers (the chairs are just fine the way they are). The meal was delicious (we opted for canapes, a choice between beef or fish, then a apple & pear crumble dessert, which is what the price of $65 below includes - we paid for drinks separately as it was a lunch, ended up paying about $100/head in the end). The service was exceptional (the function staff, the waiters, the chef - everyone).
