Absolutely shocking - I bought the jump on it voucher and had difficulty actually getting through to someone to make an appointment. I was finally able to get an appointment for early January and when I arrived for the massage the salon wasn't even open! I had no phone call from anyone to explain or to rearrange, nothing. I waited around for a while and left a message on their answering service asking someone to call me and no one ever has! I would never go back here and judging from the comments below my experience is not a one off.

There were only 2 masseuses in the whole place on the day I went there but 4 people showed up because they all had the same booking. Two of them had to leave and came back 2 hours later. And because there were only 2 people working, every time the phone rang my masseuse had to leave me to answer the phone. This happened every 2 minutes for the first half an hour of my massage. I didn't feel like having a good massage at all as it was constantly interrupted. I also didn't have my facial done as my time ran out (because the masseuse has to leave me so many times). When asked for a refund for my facial treatment they said they had no cash in the premises! I insisted that I wanted my money back, not another voucher as I did not wish to ever go back there again. After waiting for 20 minutes they gave me $30 refund...Wonder where the money came from then???

I don't want to write bad review to anyone and always give people 2nd, 3rd or even 4th chance BUT I have to do it this time!................ I want to surprise my sister so I order gift card from them on line and ask then to mail it to my sister house. It has been almost a month now and she still haven't get her card!. I am in US and have been call and e-mails so many time, but no respond!! AT ALL!!! Finally I told my sister and ask her to contact them directly since she is there in Sydney. They promise her they will sent her the card the next day, but guess what? NO CARD!!!! My sister try to call again and they said they already sent the gift card to her, but my sister never got one!! She simply hang up on her and never pick up that phone again!!!! SUPER RUDE!!! No sorry, no nothing!!!! They already charge my money through paypal and I am not sure how to get my money back from them!!! Just don't want anyone else to have the same horrible experience!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! I WILL GIVE NO STAR IF I CAN!!!!

OMG, I have bought two vouchers from Jump On It for me and my friend. We have tried to make a booking and until now have tried to confirm our booking. After three times leaving messages on phone, no one call back until now. I had a bad feeling now and how I wish I read these reviews before purchasing the vouchers. Now my friend is going to kill me for sure... Will update once I have the massage... At the moment, it's pretty bad for reservation service.
