When booking the repair, we were able to determine that a special element would be needed and how long we would need to wait for it to be in stock. The day before the scheduled repair, a sms notification confirming the time and date was received. Bill arrived at the specified time and the repair was quickly completed and tested. During the service call Bill displayed great customer service skills and impressed us with the quickness and completeness of his work. We will be happy to recommend to all of our friends and colleagues.
