I had the hinges on my Smeg oven replaced by these guys in 2013. The oven door started dropping again within 2 years. I've just had them replaced again now by a company recommended directly by Smeg, and was told the hinges should last 10+ years. Also the first set of hinges cost $75 each 3 years ago. The ones I got today through Smeg were $50. Overall The Oven Repairmans bill was $100 more. Not good enough and would not recommended.
