horrible service, the managment is very poor. Things take ages to be fixed. Houses belong to owners, and all services in the house under their name. So if you got a problem, the only way to fix it, will be to wait for the owner to move his .... and do something about it. Usually the owner will try to give it a slide, and slack, but if u insist hard enough, it will be fixed(i hate insisting, coz u have to go through maintenace requests, and managers). Maintenance people and managers do the best they can, they dont deserve to hear all the hatred from angry tenants. Thats why im giving 2 stars not 1, out of compassion to people that work at Pad, and forced to listen to angry statements. Hope the company goes bankrupt, and all nice people that worked there, will find a truly wonderful place for them to work for.
If you are looking for the place to stay, better stay away from PAD, find go to flat mates or something, and get real people to live with. When i say managment is poor, i mean the directors managment, the way he/she structured the company is just horrible, the most cheapest way.

Worst student accommodation in Australia unless you like dodgy appliances, 3 months for anything to get fixed, $100 lock out fee, NO alcohol allowed, NO visitors allowed after 10pm, and paying for things you never get like "internet" and "cleaning" - not sure i ever saw a cleaner or why i was paying for it in my rent. Steer clear #padhaters
