The staff at this doggy day-care are great. Lots of cuddles and treats. My dog Beau has a bit of separation anxiety when I leave him at home but always seems fine on his one full day here. Great grooming and bath service too.

Bad experience. I took my 1year old terrier there for daycare as I was worried about my work hours increasing and leaving him at home. When I arrived to pick him up on our 2nd, 3rd and 4th visit I could hear him barking and asked if everything was ok? He was acting really wired and weird but I was told he was fine and thought he was just a bit overstimulated. On our 5th visit I took him in and he started shaking and shivering and looking very stressed. I had to go to work and I was told it would be ok. When I picked him up I was told he was not welcome there anymore for daycare and had been spending most of his time there in time out for biting and bad behavior! I was mortified. I cried all the way home. When I had asked to go and check on him I was told it was a staff only area. If I had have known that he was not coping I would not have subjected the staff, or my pet, or our bank account to any more. I was new to doggy care but next time I will consider more carefully if the facility is suitable and not wait for feedback from staff.

I bring my pug here all the time. He loves the girls more then he loves me. They are always welcoming him with treats and hugs and kisses. Staff are so polite and friendly. he even gets a little complimentary cupcake on his birthday. daily reports are given about him and there are always cute photos of him on their facebook website. i can not say a bad thing about the pet pad. I love the pet pad. It is defiantly one of my favorite places in the world.
