The entire experience with The Photoboothers Melbourne for our party was very challenging. We struggled to get any clear communication prior to the party, no receipt for the deposit, and I felt like I had to continue to chase them. The person who came to set up on the day was rude & expected us to do much of the heavy lifting/set up, and the attendant on the night was quiet, seemed inexperienced and was certainly not the 'friendly' attendant promised. We also did not get the free guest book which was meant to be included in all packages, and the booth wasn't setup to transfer images directly to social media as promised. Even after the event it took weeks to receive the photos.

The only good thing was that it was cheap (and that they showed up at all) - but you do get what you pay for and there are other competitors on the market for the same price - so I would avoid them if at all possible!
