Michael was fantastic. He was quick to come and view the broken hot water cylinder and had it replaced the next afternoon. He even arranged the additional tradesmen who also needed to install the cylinder and he came back the next day to check that the temperature was right. Highly recommended. Very friendly and nothing was too much of a bother.
