Quick response, friendly and excellent work. Very impressed. We were notified of the time Brad was to arrive and he arrived on the dot. He installed our new shower rail and taps promptly, but was concerned over the water pressure. He went above and beyond, testing the water pressure at the meter, checking the meter connections to ensure there were no blockages and also checking the pressure on a neighbouring property. He crawled under the house to ensure there were no issues there (not something we would want to do), rang Hunter Water to see if there were any local issues and rechecked the fittings he had just installed. He managed to improve the water pressure as a result. We were very impressed with his attitude, his helpfulness and his thoroughness. Thank you so much for your help, Brad.
