The Technician came on time and showed me all the work he was doing and what was required throughout the 4.5 hours he was there.

I wish to say a few word about Pat Wilson, one of your plumbers. He attended my residence this morning for a plumbing issue that was a big concern to me. He managed to turn otherwise traumatizing experience into a pleasant one (and I met quite a few tradesmen in my lifetime).
