The Point Cafe is a fantastic spot to enjoy coffee and cake after a walk around the haven. The staff are attentive and they let me bring my puppy in to sit under our table. The outlook from the deck is fantastic.

it may have been the pod of dolphins frolicking about 50 ms away but i enjoyed this place. The service is efficient (not particularly warm) and the food is good, if pricey- $22 for breakfast (not including drinks etc etc) but you are paying for the view, the sun and the wildlife. The mains / small meals are probably better value; the salt and pepper squid was walking out the door....and no wonder, it was great!. good for a long lunch or leisurely stop.

Just a wonderfully pleasant spot to sit and enjoy breakfast. Food was good but to be honest the location is that good probably wouldn't matter. Would definitely recommend but can get very busy on weekends.

A great little cafe on Avoca Beach with excellent pasta and extremely quick service even at busy times.

The prices are a little high however, but i think the food is worth it!

One of the best dining experiences I have had. It is located right on Avoca beach with outside seating. They have outdoor heating which was great because it was quite a brisk day! The service was very fast I was very surprised as it was busy. The seafood was lovely and fresh and the pasta was so flavorsome.
Best to book on the weekend and it always looks busy!
