Asked them to come look at my pump as it wasn't working properly. They came to look at the pump. Informed them not to take it out, just let me know what was wrong with it!
I go out to check... the boy is gone and so is my pump.
I drive into town. asked where is my pump? informed it is completely stuffed and I would need to pay $600 for fixing it or $900 for a new one!. I asked for it back - was spoken to really rudely when I complained about it leaving my property. Took it to another pool shop! NOT A THING WRONG WITH IT, THEY CLEANED IT FOR FREE! Put it back in and it works fine.
HOW DARE THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!

After the recent storms, we had a lot of damage to our pool equipment. After ringing around trying to find some assistance in a hurry, it seems as if the Pool Shop Kalamunda were the only people interested. They attended the following day and were even apologetic that they were delayed in attending.
On arrival the technician was polite and friendly even though the weather was still wet and windy. He certainly looked as he could do with a hot drink! Work was carried out quickly and efficiently.
