I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Jeff seemed very professional on giving a quote. Unfortunately there after things went downhill They went into great detail about how they would protect our plants from the chemicals used during soft wash of our roof and exterior walls. Also the details stated that we should leave screen doors unlocked, as all window and door tracks would be thoroughly rinsed.
We were told that the whole job would take from around 8:30am to 4:30pm. The man that came to do the job was very friendly and polite but unfortunately he left at around 1230.
Once the sliding door tracks were dry, it became apparent that there was a lot of residue left in the tracks. The following day it took me several hours to clean these tracks properly. I then noticed that the chemicals used had left bleached marks on the screen door frames.
After a few days I started to notice that a long row of hedge was beginning to drop leaves and a plant at the front of our letter box was dropping all leaves on the side adjacent to the letter box. I then realised that this was due to the chemicals used during the soft wash
Areas of grass also began to die.
I phoned Jeff to tell him that I was very disappointed our plants had not been protected. He sounded very apologetic. He asked me to call him in around a week to discuss some form of compensation for the plant damage.
I did phone Jeff in around a week and left a voice message. He did not respond to this. I then sent a text and later sent emails to request that he call me. Jeff has not responded to any of these messaged, so I can only assume that he is choosing to avoid the issue.
Since that time, the tall hedge has suffered a great deal and lost most of its leaves.
Extremely disappointed with this company and would never recommend them!
