Not only my opinion, but many others. Very inflexible, exptremely expensive for dirty furniture. No wow factor at all. do not use this company unless you like bland. They are not customer focused at all. I was pushed to use them by a pushy agent who must get kickbacks. I can't see why anyone would use them considering how bad the products and service is.
