Outstandingly convient customer service.Honest,proffessional and all at a great price.Most importantly my Bike is a dream to ride!!! I thoroughly recommend.

Mike came and serviced my bike and also helped sort out an ongoing issue I had on another bike. I couldn't be happier. Awesome service and super friendly. I highly recommend using the Rapid Wrench!

Rapid Wrench was convenient, and easy to work with - and a lot more convenient than getting to the bike shop and back. Wayne was great. Clearly knows what he's doing, and happy to talk you through it. My local bike shop is great for some things, but Rapid Wrench has me sold for maintenance.

Mike did an amazing job fixing and servicing our bikes. He was efficient and thorough. He worked quite late on a Friday night to make sure everything was done. A real perfectionist. Highly recommend

Great service and expertise. Mike was a terrific help at getting our old bikes to a useable state - miracle one could say! Perfect for teenagers to get some exercise amidst social distance and life as we currently find it!!
