The Rapid Wrench was awesome, at short notice, to help out with some repair and maintenance of our fleet (60+) of bikes and get them up to an acceptable standard to run outdoor programs around Victoria. Mike has a wealth of knowledge, was happy to explain and provide a full run down of his servicing and our clients comments how well the bikes performed throughout the week.
Will definitely be calling The Rapid Wrench again!

Emailed Mike after getting a ridiculous quote from my local shop... Wasn't sure about the whole "mobile bike mechanic" idea but after meeting mike & going through what work I needed done all my worries were gone... Very professional & A1 service... Absolutely fantastic service. I contacted Mike in the evening and he was at my work the next day, on time as promised. He worked on my bike for several hours and returned it better than new. I'm actually loving riding it again!

Mike spent hours on 2 bikes going over everything in detail. The price will hands down beat any shop, and he comes to you! His customer service is unheard of these days, he was on time and nothing was too much trouble. There were things Mike picked up that major reputable bike stores had overlooked or couldn't be bothered with.
I'm never going back to a bike shop for a service again!

Prompt and efficient service. Mike is also an excellent communicator which allowed me to get my bike services during working hours with absolutely zero hassles. I found the pricing very reasonable and am very happy with the quality of the parts installed and service provided.

I met Mike riding downhill at Mt. Buller and soon after organised him to fix a few problems with my Yeti 303wc back in Melbourne. He went out of his way to fit me in and had multiple spokes replaced, wheels trued and gears fixed in record time to get me riding in time for the weekend.

The only other mechanic I trust with my bikes in Melbourne apart from Mike takes me 30-45mins to drive to so having a quality mechanic who will be flexible with times and come to your home/office is such a relief.

Last week I called Mike to organise a time to do a hydraulic brake bleed and fox fork service for my gf's mountain bike. He asked me what time would suit and arrived exactly on time and did everything perfectly and charged a cheaper rate than any bike shop I've come across.

Talking to Mike it's obvious he loves bikes and owns and races downhill, cross country, road, trials and even motorbikes. The only mechanics I trust with suspension either work on or ride motorbikes.

On time, knowledgable and did a great job on my Rocky Mountain bike. Very happy! Even had the right parts to fix my stuffed rotors. Will be calling again. Cheers! :)

Great service. Can't recommend RapidWrench highly enough. Made an email enquiry on Saturday morning and by Saturday night we'd exchanged emails a couple of times to clarify exactly what I wanted done and when. He came over on Monday (2 days later), right on time and did a top job. Will definitely be getting him back.
