Finally a bike mechanic who takes pride in their work. I've had Michael back for a second time to work on my own bikes a few of my mates bikes. No hassle in getting bikes to a shop, great rates and he is a friendly guy. I'll continue to use The Rapid Wrench!

You think to yourself that there is no way someone coming to you can be a better service and more affordable, well I have been proven wrong. Mike came to my work on time, setup his station out the back, and in around 1.5 hours he was done. The bike was looking shmick and I took it for a ride that weekend and it felt like it was on rails. All for under what the bike stores charge and I didnt have to worry about taking it there and picking it up (which comes at a cost itself - time and petrol)....

Can definitely recommend Michael to anyone I know - which I already have...

Got my bike serviced by Mike, everything was running perfectly after. It was very affordable and convenient. Would definitely reccomended it was.much cheaper and better service than at my previous bike store.

I've known Mike personally for over 7 years and can't speak highly enough of his overall bike knowledge and mechanic skills. Mike helped me out with getting into downhill and enduro riding and has helped me further my skills both on the bike, and in the workshop.

Since he rides road, as well as just about every style of riding there is, he is my go-to for any mechanical and technical situation, ranging from product recommendations and fitting to technical installations and rebuilds. Nothing is too hard or complicated for him, helping me out with full suspension and fork services to wheel builds and trues that prove to be especially challenging. I save myself the trouble and pain by getting him to help me with his advice and expertise making the most painful situations quick, easy and hassle free.

I've used The Rapid Wrench to have my Scott road bike fixed after I had a tumble on some tram tracks. Mike speedily arrived on the day I called him. He straightened the levers and derailleur hanger, and tuned the gears back to a good-as-new condition. I'd happily recommend to his services to anyone

Was having a few issues with my precious avanti road bike and with my working hours it's really difficult to find the time to get to a monday to friday bike shop. Mikes an awesome bloke, I brought my bike to work with me and he came past and fixed it up perfectly! Great price and quality service.
