Thank you so much! So professional, quick and helpful and a MUCH better and more polite service than the bike store I usually take my bike to get serviced at. My normal bike store is super condescending every time I take the bike in for a service [because heaven forbid, I actually ride my bike, so it gets wear and tear] whereas The Rapid Wrench mechanic was super helpful, explained what he was doing and parts needed, and my bike feels like new. Thanks so much!

We had 5 bikes serviced and tuned up at our place. John was very professional, insightful and good at what he did. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend the service to other bikers in the community :)

Excellent service. John clearly know what he is doing regarding the bikes. Service was quick and reassonable priced and most importantly the bike (particulary the brakes, which were the issue) are working perfect now!
