I have used the guys at rapid wrench 3 times now and they are excellent. Great communication, very clean work and bikes run great post and I don’t have to cart my bikes to the shop! They’re always happy to answer a question and explain the why. Will be returning for sure.

This is now my 3rd Rapid Wrench job. Recently I had Wayne service my bike and he made the suggestion that I need a longer stem. Then Wayne , a few days later, comes around again and bingo - fits the suggested longer stem. Suddenly I find myself in a better position, not having known I was in the incorrect position till he suggested it. That's the 2nd time they have done this - which is beyond just a tune or service. Best guys in the business - I highly recommend.
They came to my work and to my home... how portable and flexible is that! And everytime the results were amazing.

Called them on a day and they came in just 2 hours, serviced the bike and replaced some parts. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and professional and efficient. Happy with the condition of the bike after the service and got some maintenance tips from them as well. Coming to my place was definitely one of the best part while the price charged was friendly comparing to some of the LBS despite of the minimum charge but it’s fair for them. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.
