We were desperately looking for a lawnmower for our home. We came across The RedShed in Cheltenham and decided to give them a call on Easter Monday to see if they were open for trading. Surprisingly they were! As soon as we walked in, we were graced with excellent customer service from Mike. He asked for our requirements and provided us with exactly what we needed, not what was the most expensive. He gave us many different options and was happy to explain everything to us, he also threw in a few bonuses here and there and offered a free service. We ended up buying a whipper snipper too! We'll definitely go back for a service when it falls due!
