Terrible service as a landlord did not communicate about maintenance and lost tenants. Dont give your property to the rental managers to manage .

This office is awesome and is totally committed to professional, timely interaction with their tenants. They have not only done everything they said they would do (like process our rental application in less than 48 hours) but they have also processed every work order and answered every question we've had immediately. They are extremely helpful and communicate well. We had a list of about 7 work order items when we first moved into the property. All were dealt with within 2 days. Excellent!
