Before receiving my RC devices I could hardly walk 2 city blocks but after just load me up and I could walk as many as I wanted. These are the best u can get.

I first heard of Robert Charles when a friend visited me in late 2013. I had not seen this friend since 2010 when he was thin, walking with two walking sticks (because of his bad back and knees) and in constant pain. In December 2013 he had put on weight, was walking without the walking sticks, was happy and smiling and looked like he did when I first met him many years ago. I was so impressed with the change in him that I told another friend who needed a knee and leg operation to straighten his leg to prevent knee and back pain. This friend could not work in his profession as a builder because of these problems. He had difficulty climbing ladders, walking up stairs, carrying building materials etc. He now wears Robert's orthotic devices, has resumed his building career and most importantly has not needed the operation.

Both these men followed Robert's instructions and purchased boots and shoes recommended by him.

Seeing the good results my friends had from Robert's orthotic devices, I decided I would try them. I have worn half foot orthotics for approximately 28 years. During 27 years of this time, even with the orthotics supplied by doctors and podiatrists, I had never been able to wear the same shoe all day two days in a row as my feet would cause me much grief (hard skin and soreness) and my hips, knees, ankles and bunions would ache.

For the last year I have been wearing Robert's orthotic devices in the shoes and boots he recommends and I have never been happier. I can now wear the same shoe every day if I choose. I stand straighter; can walk for miles without getting sore or tired feet or aching back, knees or ankles; and my bunions are not painful anymore. I have had to go up two sizes in shoes to accommodate the orthotic devices but the rewards are well worth the upsizing. I now refuse to wear any shoe that is not strong soled and will not accommodate them as the relief given to me is so great. I highly recommend them. They are the best I have ever worn!

I have been a client of Robert Charles for some years now. From the first meeting, my experiences with Robert's service and professional delivery of his innovative orthotic devices has been first rate. A no fuss can do product and experience which podiatrists and other professionals simple do not understand and can not deliver.
Robert understands the science involved and fully explains how it works. His advice and instructions are clear and need to be adhered to.
Roberts orthotic devices need the right size rigid shoes and be worn all the time.
I can highly recommend Robert. He is extremely capable, trustworthy and ahead of his time.

I was charged extra money for fast service under 15 days. Not delivered on time, nearly 6 months after delivery, wrong people orthotics, each foot with a different name and a different size on them. I am going to court on this! horrific! The man is never available there is a girl answering the Phone!

I was promised that the Orthotics when worn properly would realign my hips and knees. I got poor quality Orthotics that were a size to big. .When they were then cut to size caused a lot of foot pain. Very difficult to find shoes to fit that met the criteria as they were so wide. Spending heaps on new shoes and wearing them as advised after my first mild exercise, 2km walk was left with very sore feet and the next day a badly swollen ankle. Two qualified podiatrists at a different clinic advised that the Orthotics were poor quality and causing me damage and not to wear them again. I have had no success in trying to get my $740. Refunded from The Robert Charles Clinic. Pls advise people needing Orthotics to go to a qualified podiatrist and do NOT go to The Robert Charles Clinic.
