So comfortable. I stayed in a room just across from the pool, very handy for taking a quick dip at the end of a hot busy day working in the sun. My room was very clean but still found the reduced price of $145 a bit expensive, there just isn't much choice Roxby Downs. This is my preferred place to stay. Perfect for a meal just across the road.

Very nice comfortable accommodation, but not at a reasonable price. Just being here for work and costing $175 pn is too expensive, they did give me a discount with brought it down to $140, but still found it too much. The room was nicely presented, comfortable bed, my shower had great water pressure, very clean and pleasantly decorated. They do have a pool but I did not have time to indulge. Overall, a great place to stay if you are not on a budget. If I was travelling with my wife, I would defintely stay here again.
