Very charming service initially that failed to deliver. I took my delicate rug in for a clean and repair and $700 and three weeks later - I had to call they never call back - took it home. My little girl spotted two very old and discoloured cockroaches upon the unrolling of the rug. When I took it back, they said they would do it again but when pressed they said that they hadn't cleaned it in the tumbler - the way they'd promised - because it was too delicate. What was I paying for then? When I mentioned a refund would be the honourable thing to do, they turned their back on me. That was the end of our conversation.
