The Rug Store has a major point of difference to any other carpet and rug store as they only sell online. Because of this, their prices are sooo much cheaper than any other rug store it is almost unbelievable. You can get a designer run for really cheap, pay a little bit more for something a little better.

I spoke with a lady named Laine on the phone who answered all my questions about the rug, the delivery and all. She was such a help and described the rug features in detail so I could get an accurate picture of the rug I was purchasing.
