I purchased a voucher for cleaning services due to an upcoming rental inspection. I am unable to do heavily physical jobs and made sure to book help well in advance. I was quite happy with this company during and after the phone contact, but on the appointed day and time no one came. There was no cancellation call, no response to calls or emails, no contact at all. This was a complete waste of my money as I cleaned myself and managed to be immobilized for days afterwards. I'm very disappointed, as should they. I was hoping to hire regular help with the cleaning and they will NOT be getting my contract.
