i went in to get a trim and also some chemical straighting done, let me say i was not happy with my result, i ended up with more then a trim and the chemical was that strong my hair was falling out for weeks, when i went back and complained they said it wasnt their problem that their trainee wasnt up to standards! i didnt even know i had a trainee doing my hair! will never go back there!
