Wow! What can I say! I had my hair done balliage at another salon and walked out with dark at the top and orange at the bottom, I then stumbled across the salon hair design and after having my balliage fixed today I feel a million dollars! Not only did they fix my hair to actually look like balliage but the girls are all so bright and friendly made me feel really comfortable. Will defiantly be returning and recommending to my friends and family.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a change. All the girls were well presented and lovely mangers they catered to all my needs and did what I asked of them:) i was seen by a senior stylist and was very happy with the outcome ill deffinitly be returning. Thankyou

I went to The Salon to have my roots bleached, but after applying the bleach, my head started stinging quite badly. I had never had this effect before. I mentioned it to one of the ladies, and she said it should sting a bit, but shouldn't be excruciating so said she would check again in 5 mins to see if it had subsided. It had subsided a bit by then, so she didn't worry about it, but was still pretty painful. The girl left the bleach on my hair for 1 hour and 20 minutes, which I thought was too long but trusted her as she was a hairdresser. After the treatment, my hair looked awful, it was platinum blonde at the top where she had done my roots, and more natural blonde at the bottom, although it didn't look so bad in the salon. More to the point though, the next day I had weeping scabs all over my scalp and also on my ear. When we contacted The Salon to complain, the lady was not very helpful and said because I didn't have the bleach washed out straight away (as if I was given a choice??), it was not their fault so would not do anything to rectify it. I was not very happy with the service obtained from this company on this day.
