Really pleased with the result of having my shower replaced with a tiled base through The Shower Man. After having my house built with a dodgy shower, including a large hole within the slab that cased my acrylic shower base to crack - and leaking behind the wall. Having it replaced by The Shower Man, who paid attention to detail, incredibly thorough, cleaned up after themself - they did a fantastic job and I am really pleased. It is a time consuming process - so allow a week for the job to be done.

I found the quote for rebuilding my shower recess to be competitive, the work was conscientiously carried out, with clarity as to when staff would be at my house and the staff were reliable in keeping the appointed times. The quality of the work is excellent given that matching metrically dimensioned tiles to the earlier imperial dimensioned tiles in my historic house provided layout challenges. I was particularly impressed by the trouble taken by The Shower Man, Melbourne, in resolving supply difficulties caused by a hardware supplier going into receivership. The work site was always left clean at the end of each day.

The technician cancelled the time to come out and do quote by text on the same day. I then tried to organise another quote and after 6 calls over 5 weeks still no response! I was promised every phone call that someone would call back to organise a quote. They have absolutely wasted my time! Don't bother, terrible customer service and just plain rude!!!

Emailed for a quote to tile bathroom and waterproof shower. They came and measured everything and told us they would give me a quote a few days later. 2 months later and they have not contacted me, I tried contacting them several times and go no response. Don't waste your time.
